El modelo SL-200 se caracteriza por su gran modularidad y es capaz de trabajar con células mono y policristalinas de 5” y 6”(2 o 3 busbar). Lleva integrada una cámara de visión artificial que permite el chequeo de roturas y posicionamiento de la serigrafía, posicionamiento preciso por contorno o busbar. Llega a alcanzar una producción de 1200 células/h. disponiendo de volteo de las series producidas para el posterior posicionamiento en el vidrio. Para realizar la soldadura primero se da un calentamiento progresivo de las células y después la máquina realiza la soldadura mediante lámparas de infrarrojo con un control preciso del proceso con un ciclo configurable y una receta registrable, seguido de un enfriamiento controlado posterior.

In the soldering process, there is a previous heating of the cells. Next the soldering is made by infrared lamps with an accurate control of the process with a configurable cycle and a registable recipe and next there is a controlled cells cooling .

El LU-200 de Gorosabel solar energy recoge los strings o series de células de las cintas de salida de la máquina de soldadura. Se chequean los strings con una cámara de visión artificial y se envían las coordenadas exactas al robot, para que éste coja el string y lo posicione directamente sobre el cristal. De esta forma, se consigue un posicionamiento preciso y se reduce al máximo la manipulación de la serie. Incluye buffer, bandeja de series defectuosas y carga/descarga manual de strings.
The LU-200 of Gorosabel Solar Energy picks up the strings from the belts of exit of the tabber&stringer. The strings are checked by an artificial vision camera system and the coordinates are given to the robot. The robot takes the string and places it directly on the glass. This way, we get an accurate positioning and the series manipulation is maximum reduced. It includes buffer, defective series tray and manual loading/unloading of strings.
